Fall Bridal Shower

Nothing says fall quite like leaves turning on the trees! This bride's wedding palate includes the beautiful fall colors of rustic reds, burnt oranges and rich yellows. This was achieved by creating a fondant  tree and leaves cascading down a two-tiered fresh buttercream cake covered with white fondant.

In addition, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes topped with fresh vanilla buttercream and adorned with leaves are displayed in a tiered fashion for guests to enjoy.

Each shower guest parted with their very own cake pop. The perfect bite of cake on a stick for a quick indulgence! These cake pops were chocolate, but are also available in vanilla and strawberry!

Abi's First Birthday Cake

This cake and cupcake combo is for a little girl's First Birthday! Cake covered in swirled pink fondant and adorned with cute 'critters', lollipops, and flowers.. It's copped with a crown for the birthday princess! A matching cupcake was made for the little one to tear into! How cute!

Company Logo

I did this cake for my mom's company outing. It's the Traveler's logo. Umbrella base made of yellow cake and handle is made out of rice crispie treats. She said as soon as people figured out they were rice crispie treats, the were gone imediately! Everyone loved it!

8.7.2010 Wedding: STL Style

This Cardinals hat cake was for a St. Louis-themed wedding. The bride surprised the groom with this cake of his favorite team's hat to add to all of the other St. Louis dishes and desserts. This was the perfect addition to St. Louis' famous Gooey Butter Cake, Ted Drewes, Gus' Pretzels, and toasted ravioli!

Three layers of traditional white cake and vanilla buttercream covered with red fondant to look like my favorite team's hat! It's even served on 'home plate'!
Time for delivery!

Unique Wedding Order

This bride had a vision of doing something unique for her wedding cake and cupcakes. Her two tier cake was adorned with various requested objects to represent the bride and groom and their hobbies/ interests, creating a very personalized look. Each cupcake was topped with a fondant stamped  "L" for their last name.

Cupcakes for a Cause

YAPA (Young Asian-American Professional Association) and Dillon International Adoption pair up for an annual summer BBQ to celebrate diversity and play a special part in the lives of many adopted children from Asia. I had the opportunity to make some yummy cupcakes and cookies for the event this summer. Simple, but sweet: chocolate and vanilla cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream, sprinkles and the letters "Y-A-P-A" added a fun custom touch. these paired with my famous Ooey Gooey Butter (a St. Louis classic) cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone at the BBQ!

Superbowl XLIII Treats

Colts vs. Saints:

I made a Saints football helmet cake and Colts football helmet and jersey cookies for the party! The Saints must have been impressed with the cake (since the won)!!
